Classic New England Style at Dana & James’s Glen Manor House Wedding

I don’t know how I keep getting SO lucky with just the kindest, most wonderful clients in the whole wide world.  All I can say is that it was truly a gift getting to work with  Dana, James, and their families.  We first found their perfect venue at the Glen Manor House in Portsmouth, RI and then looped in the worlds greatest vendors.   Carly Michelle Photography, DJ Joe Buono, Petal & Wren florals, Drape Art Designs, Ali Lomazzo Beauty, and the amazing team at Russel Morin’s caterings really made the day unforgettable.  Most of the guests stayed at The Viking Hotel, allowing us to make it a really fun Newport Destination weekend, and the couple’s willingness to hold the wedding on a Friday instead of a Saturday gave us a ton of great options for a pre-wedding welcome party on the water on Thursday night.  We focused on classic New England style when it came to the design. Honestly, there is nothing I can say that will compare to the picture of the day that is painted in these photos.  And yes, it really was that perfect.  Dana & James- congrats to you both- it was beyond a pleasure getting to know you and getting to be a part of your special day.
