Magical Winter Wedding at The Newbury to Kick Off 2025!

What a way to ring in the New Year and make the holidays last juuuuust a little longer! I absolutely loved this January 4th wedding for Katherine & Tim. And this one was complete with all the feels. The ceremony began with the world’s cutest ring bearer bringing in the rings and having them pass through the crowd, so that every guest had a moment to “warm” the rings and give them their own loving energy before they eventually made their way to the altar. In similar fashion, each guest was given a candle on their chair. Towards the end of the ceremony, one guest, in the back row, was asked to light the candle and share the flame with the person next to them, so that the magical light snaked its way all the way to the front, ending with a unity candle lit by the bride & groom. The love was truly “aglow". Other favorite moments? The bride & her dad’s choreographed routine to “Proud Mary” and sneaking out at the very end of the night for some moonlit photos on the Comm Ave Mall. Katherine & Tim, thank you for letting me be a part of such a beautiful celebration that was so uniquely YOURS.
