Emily & Evan’s Fairy Tale Wedding at the Boston Public Library

Pardon my pun, but this was one for the books! Y’all know I love a BPL wedding. After working there and getting married there myself, it always feels like coming home. And you might think that it gets old but when you get to work with couples as delightful as Emily & Evan who let you enhance the most beautiful spot in Boston with the best of the best design vendors and want to bring in special touches to make it their own, you end up with something really special. From including their dog Sugar in their first look, to Evan performing Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” with his mom, to just the best bridal late night party dress I’ve ever seen, E&E truly made it their own. And when you get these special moments captured by the world’s best wedding photographer Janelle Carmela Photography…well, I couldn’t have been happier to have gotten these babies delivered to my inbox last night! Another memorable moment? When the building’s fire alarm went off right after the cake cutting. But leave it to Emily & Evan to just bring the party outside for a few minutes, enjoy their cake there, take it all in stride, and then roll right back to the dance floor. Congrats E&E!
