Classic Meets Modern Springtime Wedding at The Newbury Hotel

I dare you to name a prettier spot than Back Bay in the Spring. I’m not a native New Englander (gasp!), and every year I get a little angry that springtime in Boston just doesn’t seem to exist. You basically go from wearing winter parkas one week to tank tops the next. That said, there is always one magical week when all of the tree branches on Comm Ave have flowers and all of the tulips in the Public Garden are in bloom. Springtime in Boston, as fleeting and elusive as it may be, is jaw droppingly gorgeous. And lucky for Jami & John, they hit the nail right on the head with their May 6th wedding. These two have so much style. They are so hip and wanted Classic Boston, but make it modern. The Newbury Hotel couldn’t have been a more perfect spot (and walking distance from their Beacon Street Apartment too!). Add in some glam from Maricruz Hairstyles and JMV Makeup Studio, flowers from Fleur Events, a perfectly scripted ceremony from the world’s best officiant Marry Me Karla, a bad-ass day of coordinator with Marissa Pedone Events, and lighting and beats from CZone Music, you’ve got yourself a pretty magical day. Jami, thank you for being a dream client. I’m so glad you got the dream day you deserve- so perfectly captured by the incomparable Zev Fisher Photography.
