Best Boston Public Library Wedding Photo Locations
I have an intimate relationship with planning weddings at the Boston Public Library. Not only was I a senior event producer for over 9 years at this gem of a Boston wedding venue, but prior to that, while I was working as an Event Producer for Rafanelli Events, I even planned my favorite wedding of all time at the BPL….my own! This wedding venue is so beautiful- there are gorgeous photo ops around every corner, so you can’t really go wrong. For that very reason, however, I’ve seen photographers get overwhelmed during portrait photos because there are SO MANY spots they want to capture, usually during a time when the couple is getting antsy to rejoin their guests for cocktail hour. The solution? Go in with a plan with your photographer for what spots you want to capture….here are some of my favorites from some of my previous weddings for ideas and inspiration….enjoy!

Whether walking up, walking down, shot from below in the lobby or above from Chavannes Gallery, this dramatic staircase shot is a MUST.
